So the possibility at Mattersey Hall being involved in your training and equipping is an enormous privilege for us. Our role is to invest in and empower a new generation to lead, to teach, to fulfil their dreams, talents and abilities. We would be thrilled if that opportunity involved you!
Our undergraduate residential training programme can be tailored to suit a wide range of situations. You can study at Mattersey Hall for short courses, for a single semester, for a year, for two years or for three years. You can study on a part-time or a full-time basis, and there is even the possibility of doing one semester at an overseas location. All these forms of studying are provided at Mattersey Hall and virtually all of them are validated by the University of Wales.
 For people that already have a degree or the appropriate experience, there is the option of doing a one year Postgraduate Certificate.
Most undergraduate residential students choose to study full time with us for three years. This leads towards a BA or BD degree, which entitles the student to financial support from the government. It also, and perhaps most importantly, gives a significant period of time for the student to achieve a high level of ability and confidence in their chosen vocation. The BA and BD degrees provide a pathway to a range of Masters programmes that the college provides. They also open
the door to vocations such as, for instance, school teaching. Each year a number of Mattersey Hall graduates continue their studies in this way.

This is a vital stage of your life, as you consider your future vocation.
