Carol is a graduate of Mattersey Hall. For over thirty years she has been passionate about her call and ministry. She is a much sought after speaker and a very capable teacher, and has always sought to provide an excellent role model for women in Christian ministry.

Carol is completing her PhD in which she has centred her studies on the key issues of leadership and ministry in a pluralist and postmodern world. She teaches a cutting-edge course on Christian Worldview, which challenges and inspires students. She is seriously committed to the mentoring process and is much appreciated by female students. Carol and Paul have two grown-up children, Anna, who is married to Rich and is a special needs teacher in North Carolina, and Jason, who works and lives in California. They are a close-knit family even though they live across two continents.
